My meet & greet with Vitoria went great, and communication with her leading up to Otis' stay was fast and clear. She sent a nice update and a series of photos mid-stay. I assumed all was ok during the weekend, though when I picked him up, I was made to feel like some parts of Otis' stay were an imposition (including him sleeping in his crate in the bedroom, which was mentioned to her at the meet & greet and in the care instructions), and Otis trying looking out through a window with blinds (which can be quite common for dogs learning a new environment.) I also had several questions from her after I dropped him off, yet those answers were already in the care instructions, so I wasn't sure if she read them. As well, Vitoria canceled a longer-term stay I booked with her with very short notice, which has placed me in a bit of a bind to find a new boarder. Vitoria is a lovely, warm person, and Otis really loved her when we first met. Perhaps Otis wasn't the right fit for her and hey boyfriend after all, but I I sense her priorities have shifted and she's no longer interested in boarding dogs. While Otis was safe and happy during the stay as far as I know, we will look for a more committed boarder in the future.

Vitoria was great with my puppy! She met me and walked in the park with Harvey for a little bit while asking me about my preferences so she could make sure she did everything correctly. Throughout his stay she constantly took him on walks and sent me picture updates, even when he was sleeping. She went out of her way to buy him a bone when he was rowdy, and always made sure he was comfortable. I plan on using Vitoria again and I highly recommend her!
