I work part time at a horse boarding facility 4 days a week (Thursday - Sunday). I work 2 shifts each day for 3- 4 hours each and have a 2-3 hour break between my shifts. So, I'm basically home every day.

I don’t have a preference. I used to work at a veterinarian hospital taking care of more than 50 cats and Dogs everyday. I’ve had experience with all kinds of animals, even the difficult ones. I’m usually pretty good at getting the handle with cares to like me. Im big on respecting space and boundaries with animals.
A typical day
It depends on the pet and what they like or want to do. Every animal has a different personality so it could range from sitting together quietly to playing tug of war with a rope.

I've owned animals all my life. I currently own one outdoor cat and 4 horses. I recently lost my dog of 13 years to cushings disease. I currently work part time at a horse boarding facility and previously worked for several years as a kennel techician. Traveling for a week every year with my family, I know it's hard to find good quality care for my pets. I'd love to be able to provide that care to the pets of other families.

Kathleen was great! My.dogs take a few medications and she is always great about giving them their medication. In addition, she sent me pictures of my dogs and played with them every day!
Kathy was awesome with my dog Dixie. She took excellent care of Dixie, sent plenty of updates with pictures and was very respectful in my home. Dixie was very comfortable with Kathy taking care of her. Would not hesitate to book again!
