I am retired so my schedule is very flexible. I usually only have 1 - 2 hours per day with commitments so checking on your pet can easily fit into my daily routine.

Information Virginia J. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if your fur baby has special needs, favorite toys, or sensitive areas on their body. I also like to learn the best way to enter a home during a drop-in so I can reduce the chance of startling your pet
A typical day
My favorite activity with dogs is playing ball and with cats, using a light beam. I start my visit with slow movement into the pet space allowing the pet to get comfortable with me, and then engage with activity once the pet shows interest.

Takes excellent care of my boys. Always keeps me updated cleans up and leaves me a departure note. Would book Virginia again.

Virginia was wonderful with my dog Charlie. It’s usually hard for me to leave him with a sitter but I felt very good about it after meeting her. She sent me pictures during my time away and I came home to a happy dog and clean house. I highly recommend her and look forward to having her watch Charlie again.

Thank you Virginia! - we are very happy. Trust and confidence are the fundamentals for a good sitter experience, and Virginia is all about both. Our dog, cat and tortoise were well cared for, the pictures and video were most enjoyable. Everything went as planned.

Virginia is a capable, dependable pet sitter/house sitter. She stayed in our home since that is where our dog Ginger is most comfortable. It's important to us that her daily routine isn't disrupted too much, to reduce stress while we're away. We're especially glad that Virginia was able to be there most of the day and during the night, to keep an eye on her because she's a senior dog. We're very happy with how well Virginia took care of our pup, and our home. She followed our instructions for caring for Ginger and sent daily photos and communication so we could relax knowing our pup (and our home) was in good hands. All went smoothly and when we got home from our trip, the house was clean and Ginger was content and looked well taken care of. We look forward to having Virginia sit for us again on our next vacation!
