Hi there! My names Virginia and I am a life long dog lover and owner. I have had a dog in my home most of my life and have become very familiar in caring for all types of pets at various stages of their lives. At this time, I do not have a dog in the house, so I am happy to accommodate a dog that needs some individual attention or may not get along with other dogs. I also only take one dog at a time, unless you have multiple dogs and will be boarding them together, I am happy to accommodate you. I live in a house with a fenced in yard. I have experience dog sitting with all different sizes and ages of dogs and would love to accommodate your furry friend! The dogs are free to play outside when the weather permits, but some just love hanging inside on the couch or eating a bone on a doggy bed. I would love to board your dog for you! We live close to VEG and Tufts 24 hour animal hospital in the event of an emergency situation and have a great relationship with our local vet who has treated our pets for years.

Virginia took amazing care of my baby, Dembe! She took precautions like using an AirTag to keep him safe and provided updates throughout his time with her. She was so thoughtful and we will be booking with Virginia again!
Virginia was great with our dog for a weekend trip. She was flexible with our last minute request and timing needs. she communicated well and I felt comfortable that our dog Bailey was in good hands. Bailey came back tired and happy from getting to run around in the backyard. We would definitely reach out to Virginia again in the future.
Highly recommend! Virginia was exceptional with our 13-year-old lab who is very attached to home and family and very well behaved. She was safe, comfortable, loved being outdoors in her fenced in yard and had fun pal’ing around with her Bernese. We loved getting daily pics/videos and even FaceTime’d one night so she could hear our voices! After six nights away, our girl returned to us happy and without any signs of distress. She enjoyed her new friends!
Virginia was great, and Sasha had the time of her life playing with Bailey. Highly recommended!

Schedule
During the summer months I am home most of the time, with a light work schedule out of the home. May be alone for an hour or two at the most at some point during the visit.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced in yard where your dog can run around and play supervised. Dogs are allowed on furniture and for sleeping, but I can crate if that is your preference at certain times too.
A typical day
Your dog can run around the enclosed yard or we can go for walks. We like to go for walks around the lake when the weather is nice.
