Vienna was absolutely phenomenal! We had complete peace of mind while we were away in Nashville because we knew our cats were in such caring hands. She went above and beyond with every visit, keeping us updated and making sure everyone was happy and well cared for. Our cats clearly adore her. Baby greets her at the door every day and acts like her little supervisor, following her around as she takes care of everything. Even our outdoor cats come running to greet her when she arrives! That says more than I ever could—animals know when someone genuinely loves them. Vienna is dependable, thoughtful, and truly has a gift with animals. Vienna was absolutely phenomenal! We were traveling and leaving our indoor and outdoor cats is never easy, but she gave us complete peace of mind from day one. She provided thoughtful daily updates and photos, and it quickly became obvious that our cats were comfortable with her. Our black-and-white cat, Baby, completely adopted her and even served as her “helper” when she had to reset our modem. What impressed us most was that even our outdoor cats greeted her when she arrived instead of running and hiding. Anyone who knows cats understands that trust has to be earned. Vienna went above and beyond, handling an unexpected internet issue, caring for our pets exactly as instructed, and treating them with genuine kindness and patience. We came home to happy, relaxed cats and a well-cared-for home. I currently work full-time as a professional pet sitter, which allows me to offer flexible availability throughout the week and weekends. Every visit is focused on giving your pet plenty of attention, exercise, and love while you’re away.
