Semi-retired so plenty of time to love your critters. Unless your animal prefers a short visit (sometimes shy or reclusive cats) I like to spend at least 45 minutes with your pet (s) during drop in visits. Obviously on overnights I spend a much longer time.

I always meet with the client before my services are required. This ensures the animals get to know me and gives me a chance to learn everything I need to know for their care - i.e. basic food, exercise, and medical requirements, as well as where shutoff valves are in case of emergencies, where the animals like to hang out, crating needs, special tricks about doors/locks, etc.

Depending on the dog and their requirements, activities can include as per the owners request, walks on leash, off-leash walks, tug of war, throwing ball in yard or house, or sometimes just simple cuddles and tummy rubs. I like to know what each animal likes so I can make it as happy and comfortable as possible by providing what they are used to with their owners.

You truly could not find anyone better than Vicki to take care of for your fur babies. I’ve never known anyone that loves animals like she does. She is a true “animal whisperer.”
Where do I begin. Vicky is an animal whisperer at the very least. She is kind, compassionate, reliable and will most certainly love your pets as much as you do. She’s been caring for my dog Maisy for years. When I leave, I have no doubts or worries that Maisy is in the best care possible. I have peace of mind when Vicky is there. She loves animals ( probably why she is a biologist) and connects with them on levels that the average person doesn’t. This is not just a job for her, it’s a calling. Thank you Vicky for your care of sweet Maisy over the years. I’m very grateful.
Vicki has been caring for my dogs for over 13 years. She is an exceptionally kind person and demonstrates this in her love and devotion to animals, her own and others pets. I trust her implicitly with my dogs and in my home, to provide the utmost care. She makes a concerted effort to provide joy, exercise, and affection to all pets she cares for. My dog, Pearl, is always full of energy and enthusiasm when she sees Vicki. She knows she is in for some love and fun.
Victoria has taken care of two of our dogs over the years. She loves pets and cares for them deeply. Our dogs look forward to us going on vacation, just so they can have their own fun vacation with Victoria. They always get lots of walks and attention.
