Laid back loving vibes
I have had dogs all of my life, including our own dogs and friends and families. I have experience of all different sizes and breeds including spaniels, cockapoos, labradors, staffies, collies and lots of other mixed breeds. I haven't actually ever met a dog I haven't liked. We currently have a small cockapoo called Olive who is lovely. She is friendly, loving and full of life. She gives us so much pleasure and joy. My son also has a friendly and very large Labrador called Jack who we look after frequently. Jack and Olive are the best of friends and we love having Jack.

Victoria put our sensitive Vizsla at ease straight away when she welcomed him into her home. I loved receiving photos of what they were getting up to and how incredibly relaxed George was which just goes to show how experienced and caring Victoria is. It's safe to say George had a brilliant time and every time we drive through the area he gets excited as he thinks he's going back! I cannot thankyou enough for looking after our boy xxx
Dexter had the best time at Victoria’s He came back happy and healthy and confident.His coat was gleaming he’s clearly had loads of exercise love and attention. We received regular updates pictures and videos. Thanks so much - for looking after him so well. Can’t recommend highly enough
Woody had brilliant day with Victoria and her dog Olive. Walks, woods, swimming to cool off in the heat - a pair of great young pals playing together. Victoria and Steve clearly love dogs and made Woody at home completely. Strongly recommend.
I think that Senna had a great time. So much so, he now sits on the windowsill and howls for his new Spaniel girlfriend. Victoria is a confident dog handler, and my Border Collie responds well to that. Thanks for all the photos and videos running off the lead in the woods, swimming in the canal, playing and flirting with Victoria's spaniel, and cuddled up on the couch. A real home from home stay. Thanks again Victoria, I will use you again, and that is the best recommendation.

Schedule
My husband and I have taken early retirement to explore the UK in our campervan, with Olive of course and have some fun. We love to go away in our campervan with our 2 grand daughters and Olive. When we are not exploring in our campervan, we love exploring our local area. We have the canal and woods just at the bottom of our street and a typical day for us would be a nice early morning walk in the woods. In the afternoon, we like to get out for longer adventures. We have the Pennines on our doorstep and there are so many lovely, dog friendly walks to explore.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a dog friendly house and we treat our dog like part of the family, as we would with any dog we looked after. Olive loves other dogs and is very maternal. We don't have a garden but the woods and footpaths are only a 30 second walk from our door. We live on a very safe, cobbled street that has restricted access and no through route as it leads to the canal and woods. This means that we can walk safely out of the door on our dog walks. Although our lack of enclosed garden space can sometimes be a disadvantage, we find it a positive as it means out dogs get out for proper walks and more attention for potty breaks.
