I’m working full time but am more than happy to care for your fur babies in the afternoons or during the weekends! I am available after 5:30pm during the week and all day on Saturday and Sunday. I also work from home on Fridays so my schedule is more flexible!

I currently live in a pet friendly one bedroom apartment with no roommates where I have access to two fenced courtyards. There is a park across the street from my apartment for accesible open play! When house sitting, I follow the client’s rules and make sure their home is returned in the same conditions as when they left. I fully understand the trust that it takes to leave your home and fur baby with someone and will do everything needed to maintain it and provide the best experience for both the client and pet.

Please let me know if your pet will need any medication administered. I would also like to know any personality traits that you would think are important, such as reactive around other pets, leash tugger, high anxiety, or other traits. None are deal breakers, just stuff I would like to know beforehand!
A typical day
I love making sure dogs are stimulated physically and mentally. Under my watch, your dogs will be walked daily with some more activity time playing fetch and/or other games your pet might enjoy like tug of war! Being a Golden Retriver owner I’ve also learned a lot about knowing when a dog should stop playing and take a rest even when a dog keeps bringing their toy! I also love teaching dogs new tricks to make sure they’re mentally stimulated as well or practice tricks they are already familiar with. I am a little less experienced with cat activities, but if they have specific toys/lasers they enjoy I will gladly play with them throughout the day to keep them active.

Pet care experience
Growing up with dogs all of my life, I’ve had the opportunity to care for both small and large dogs, as well as both puppies and senior dogs. I crate and potty trained my golden retriever as well as taught her to walk off leash! I have been dog-sitting for friends and families for more than 10 years now including house sitting, boarding, and dog walking. During my time in college I also lived with roommates who had cats and occasionally cat sat on the weekend.

I truly believe that Victoria would be the most thoughtful and kind caregiver to any pup that comes around! I have 100% trusted Victoria to care for my own 4 large dogs. She treated my own pups like they were her own and was very responsible and respectful!
