I'm a teacher who is home on school breaks and weekends and ready to spend time and energy with your pet. I have a lovely shady fenced backyard for outside play time. My backyard is accessable by a dog door and many dogs learn to use it! I keep the number of dogs low, so your dog or dogs will not be stressed by multiple unknown dogs, and will get plenty of attention. Also, I will do my best to ensure that dogs are compatible. Our goal is to provide a home away from home, not a kennel experience. I have a medium dog myself, and we walk every day. My 14 yr old son will play with active animals, as will I. We are a fun family. I keep plenty of toys and kongs available. I provide photo updates of your pet and contact texts with updates. Caring for your pet is a precious task, and I take animal well being very seriously. Each pet has individual needs, an we try to provide some basic training, or brush outs, medicine, quiet time, or extra playtime based on your pet's personal needs While with us your dog is a loved family pet the same as at home and all pets get affection, cuddles and love. I schedule pups on weekends and holidays because as a teacher, this is when I can devote my time to properly care for your dog. I am home full time for pet sitting during the summer and on holidays like Memorial day, Fourth of July, and other paid vacations. Occasionally, I will takes dogs during the week, if you are a prior client, your dog is comfortable and familiar in my home, not showing anxiety, and you realize I am working from 7am - 3pm. I have a shady, fenced yard and we play fetch and tug of war in the backyard every day. In the summer we put out a small wading pool. The yard is available via dog door. I monitor dogs closely and if your dog is a flight risk because they dig or jump 6ft fences I need to know so I can close the dog door up. I also have a downstairs play area that we use during, rainy, cold, or super hot weather. I am careful about giving medication, and correct feedings. I do walk dogs around the neighborhood, often two at a time.

Lady was very happy with Victoria, the nice privacy fence backyard, and her puppy playmates. Victoria was very responsive, managed Lady's needs quite well, sent frequent photos, spent time outside with her and we look forward to having her keep Lady again! Very glad to have found Victoria.
Leaving our dogs is never easy, but leaving them with Victoria always gives us peace of mind. From the moment we drop them off, we know they will loved on and cared for. The updates and photos made our vacation even more enjoyable, and our dogs looked like they were having a vacation of their own! We came home to happy pups and couldn’t be more grateful.
Victoria has been a great find for the care of our dogs! We’ve boarded in the past and had ok experiences, but since booking with Victoria our dogs have come home every time happy and tired. We’re so happy to have found Victoria b/c she treats our dogs as her own and their behavior once home, and in updates/photos, is proof they are comfortable while there.
Victoria is a consummate professional who always makes our Annabelle feel at home. Our trip had us heading west, but we took Annabelle east to Vic’s because she loves it!
Victoria was great with Bella. Provided updates and pictures daily, and answered messages right away. Most importantly, Bella loved her and staying there. Thank you!
Victoria provides a warm & caring home away from home for our Blue Healer…She is a bit of a “ Dog Wispier “ & our dog loves going to “ Camp Victoria”.

Schedule
Dog care is my first priority and I follow the owner’s schedule and instructions. We rise early and do breakfast and outside time and usually do dinner and walks in the evening.

I have a dog friendly home with secure fenced yard. I have a gated area downstairs so if I go to the door, I can ensure your dog is safe downstairs.

A typical day
Walking is important to dogs and we walk around the neighborhood for 1 mile. I will also take dogs to the neighborhood field/park on extension leashes for a more unstructured walk time. They love investigating mole hills and new smells. Play in the yard involves fetching balls and tug of war. In the summer, we put out a wading pool.
