As someone with my own pet, I am very accustomed to the daily routines of owning an animal. I also know how stressful being away from your pet can be, which is why I prioritize communication, updates and pictures of your pet so you can trust that they are well cared for while you're away. As stressful as being away can be for the owner, I know it can be just as stressful for the pet, which is why I try to stick to their normal routine and provide as much affection and play as they are willing.

I would like to know the general temperament of your pet upon meeting someone new, especially within the first few meetings (Are they typically shy, energetic, nervous etc.?). Although I typically try to avoid others during walks I would also like to know how your dog does with others in case we have to pass them on walks.
A typical day
Some dogs prefer to run around in dog parks with other dogs, while others prefer to stay home and play alone and/or with humans, which is why I typically try to cater playtime to your recommendations!

Hi! My name Tori, I am a graduate student at CCU studying Marine Science. I have had and cared for pets my entire life. I have also cared for the pets of my family, friends and neighbors. In my care of animals, I have cared for a variety of ages from puppies and kittens to senior pets. I also have experience administering medications to pets, caring for larger dog breeds, and caring for pets with specific dietary needs/restrictions. I know every animal is unique, with their own personalities, wants and needs. I am very detail oriented and will take the time to understand your pet and what works best for them. I am also never afraid to ask questions or gain clarity of instructions in order to ensure your pet is cared for in the same way you would!

Tori did a wonderful job with our 2 dogs. They were immediately comfortable with her. She kept in touch and sent pictures. And she was respectful of the house and left it in great condition. Thank you Tori! We would highly recommend her.
Tori has watched my cat Kyle multiple times. He really loves her and she takes great care of him. She feeds him, takes care of the litter box, plays with him and pays him lots of attention. She is very responsible and great with animals. I highly recommend her!
Victoria has watched my black lab & cat many times! She loves to play with my lab while making sure his physical & emotional needs are met. He loves seeing her & is completely at ease with her. My cat is very shy & she has alway been so patient & gentle in helping her feel comfortable. I always feel at ease knowing they’re in great hands with Victoria! She’s reliable, caring & truly great with animals. I highly recommend her!
Tori watched my dog Maggie over 3 days this past weekend! She sent many pictures to keep me updated on how she was doing and not only walked and fed her on time but also spent lots of time playing with her, cuddled her to make her not anxious and gave her plenty of treats. My dog was very well taken care of and there was no doubt about my dogs wellbeing in her care. She was very attentive to my dog and all of her needs (my slight medical mystery of a pet), and kept the dogs space clean and tidy as well! She did fantastic and I would recommend Tori to all my friends/anybody who have to leave their pet babies for any extended amount of time.
