I have 4 dogs of my own; 2 husky mixes, 1 pittie mix, and 1 beagle. My fiancé and I take care of them together, but much of the day to day things fall onto my plate. So, I have 4 very different dogs with 4 different needs, wants, and energy levels. On top of this, I also work in the veterinary field and have for the past couple years. Taking care of animals is something I literally do 24/7 and absolutely love it.

With my personal pets, I make sure that all of them get love every day. Also, I try and get them some type of exercise. Living in Virginia, the weather is the biggest challenge. We go from negative temperature to triple digits within the year. In the times when the weather is being trying, I try and make sure my dogs get more mental exercise to combat the lesser physical exercise. With all that said, I would do the same with a clients pet. I would treat them as my own and give them the best quality care while they are with me.

A typical day
A typical day is all dependent on…well the day. Some days might look like multiple walks because it’s nice outside. Other days might look like puzzles and more mental stimulation. However, one thing that is consistent is the love, patience, and attentiveness that will be given to your 4 legged baby.

Victoria was available last minute and provided the best care during drop-in’s for my Pomeranian. She was on time everyday and gave me updates during the check-ins.
Victoria did a wonderful job caring for my two adult male cats and ~8 week old kitten for about 5 days. She was patient and has a keen attention to detail, especially with my helicopter-parent semi-neurotic novel of a instructions write-up.
