I have had dogs almost my entire life, so I'm very used to heading for a morning walk every morning. I usually head out several more times a day, although length and times vary. I work a part time job in the service industry allowing flexibility in my schedule.

I have several safe guards in place for dogs. I never let a dog off leash that is not my own. Dogs are fed separately to limit any guarding tendencies. I follow a pet's home routine as closely as possible to provide some consistency in their life.

I live nearby several parks and walking trails making it easy to get out and explore. I have plenty of toys at home - two overflowing toy boxes - for dogs to enjoy as well.

I have ALWAYS had dogs, including many years spent owning a pack of 8 dogs. (This was prior to moving to NYC.) Most of my dogs have been large breed (lab, rotti, pit bull and rotti/pit mixes), but we have had a few smaller breeds too. I have devoted much of my time educating myself on dog health, behavior, nutrition and care. I have learned a lot about separation anxiety with my pit bull and pit mixes and have a lot of experience with high energy breeds (growing up with labs who absolutely needed to go running every day). Dogs are family and I know how stressful it can be to leave them and go away. I do my best to put an owner at ease by providing top quality care for a beloved fur baby.

We felt like we hit the jackpot finding Victoria at the last minute (literally one hour) before a trip! Despite the quick turnaround from booking to dropping off our dog, she made us feel completely comfortable and I felt certain our pup was safe the entire time. She sent thoughtful updates and I could tell she was really truly caring for my dog. She was patient and gracious when we had some last minute logistical changes as well. Will definitely book her again!

Once again Victoria was excellent. Piper is a puppy with endless energy & she loves staying with Victoria (and Waffles). Great Communication really sets Victoria apart!
