Doggy door & large fenced-in yard!
Hey there! Thanks for considering me and my family to watch your beloved pets. We truly love animals of all kinds and that’s the reason we do Rover… and so I don’t get more puppies. Haha! My husband (Dave) and I have 3 young daughters, ages 2.5y, 5y, and 8y old. We have 3 pets of our own that are spoiled rotten: 1 mini labradoodle named Roxie and 2 small cats named Olive & Pickle. Our children and our pets are very socialized with animals of all breeds and sizes. We have direct supervision over the kids when they’re interacting with any of the animals. However, if your pet does not get along well with small children or other animals, our home is probably not the right fit for your pet. We have a one-acre fenced in backyard and a doggy door so the dogs can come and go as they please. We often play fetch in the backyard and our daughters love to take the energetic dogs to their playground to play. Your pup will get lots of attention and exercise if they want it! If you have an older pup who prefers to lounge around on the couch, that’s fine too! We give the animals freedom to do what they like to do and we want them to be as comfortable as possible during their stay with us. We keep ample water available and treats are plentiful, if you’re ok with your dog getting treats! We have experience with puppies, senior dogs, administering medicine, giving dog baths, etc. You name it, we always try to accommodate! If you choose us to be your pet sitter, we will integrate your pet into our family like they are our own and they will get lots of love and attention during their stay! You can count on us to send frequent photo and video updates, as I know how hard it can be to leave your fur-babies. 😊

I dropped my 5mo puppy off at Victoria’s for his first ever overnight trip and it went great! She sent lots of pictures, was communicative and flexible with timing, and made me feel super comfortable the minute I dropped him off. Will definitely be using her again, and I know my pup will be equally as excited to go back!
We had a great experience with Victoria. They took great care of our goldendoodle and our doggy had a great long weekend with them. We got regular pictures and little updates. I appreciated them being flexible when some of our travel plans went wonky. I’d definitely use them again.
Harley had a great time! Awesome communication and lots of pics and videos! Thank you so much for taking care of our puppy!
Victoria took great care of our anxious dog Eddie while we were on vacation. She sent updates and pictures everyday. Eddie had a nice yard to roam and play. We will definitely book again! :)
I cannot say enough about Victoria and her family! She watched our two dogs while we were on vacation and we felt so at ease having our furbabies loved by her family in our absence. She sent daily updates with pictures and even gave an unexpected bath to one of our pups after she got muddy. This was our first time using rover and will absolutely contact Victoria for our next boarding needs.
Victoria and her husband are wonderful dog sitters. I am from out of state and I needed someone to keep my Josie Jo while my family went to the Creation Museum. She immediately responded and accepted my request without hesitation. They have 2 sweet dogs that accepted Josie Jo and Josie loved their little girls. Knowing Josie was going to be so well cared for and loved allowed me to enjoy my outing. If I am EVER in this area again and need a sitter, I will definitely ask Victoria.

Zeitplan
Between my husband and I, one of us is almost always home and available to make drop-off and pickup easy and to be present for your pet. Dave is retired from the Army and stays home with our kids full-time. So, when we all leave the home for appointments or engagements, we are usually gone no longer than 3-4 hours at a time. During that time, we will give the dogs free roam if that’s what they are used to at home. If you normally kennel your dogs while you are away from the home, we ask that you please bring their kennel along for their stay so they have what they’re used to.

I will treat your pets the same as I treat mine unless you request otherwise. My animals have free roam of the house and the backyard. We have a large fenced-in backyard and a doggy door so they are able to come and go as they please to potty and play outside. They are allowed to snuggle on the couch, my bed, or in their own beds. If you normally crate your dog, I have no issue doing that if you let me know the schedule that works best for your pet. We want your pet to feel as comfortable and as “at-home” as possible.

Lots of playing with the kids and other dogs! Whether your dog wants to run around the yard or lounge on the couch and nap all day, they will have the freedom to do as they please! We want them to be as comfortable as possible.
