If you’re busy, I can combine visits with transport so your pets are cared for and kept on schedule. I even offer stress-free transport when you’re moving home. Hi, I’m Victoria, the heart behind FurGo! All my life, I’ve been surrounded by animals growing up with them, caring for them, and forming deep bonds that shaped who I am. That lifelong love naturally led me to pursue a career in animal care, and I went on to qualify as an Animal Welfare Officer. People often say, “Find what you love and you’ll never work a day in your life.” That’s exactly how I feel. Looking after animals isn’t a job to me it’s my passion, and I carry it with my whole heart. I’m a qualified Animal Welfare Officer with hands-on experience in pet sitting, animal transport, and one-on-one care. I’m also currently studying Wildlife Rehabilitation to deepen my understanding of animal behaviour and well-being. What truly sets me apart is my calm, gentle, and intuitive approach—especially with senior pets. I’ve spent the last 15 years caring for my own beloved Yorkie, Ritchie, who’s now a senior with special needs. This has given me an exceptional level of patience, softness, and experience in supporting elderly dogs with dignity, comfort, and love. I have a natural connection with animals most pets seem to sense it right away. Even nervous or shy animals quickly relax around me, and I adapt to their pace, personality, and needs with genuine care. I’m fully insured and hold a clean DBS check for peace of mind.
