We want to look after your dog!
Both Jake and I had dogs growing up and both did our share of home/dog sitting when we individually moved to the Yukon in 2021. Now that we own our home and have our little dog Annie, we are happy to continue our dog sitting at our place. We're comfortable homing puppies, senior dogs and any in between!

Victoria and Jacob were excellent! We felt completely comfortable leaving our dogs with them. They provided a fun and active environment and accommodated our dogs' routines and preferences. Our dogs were very relaxed and happy.
Tori and Jake were amazing! I can’t say enough about how welcoming and attentive they were with my dog. This was the first time that I’d left my dog with someone aside from friends and family so I was nervous about how my dog would behave. Tori went out of her way to ensure a smooth transition and provided lots of updates and photos. Even though the weather was really cold, Tori took my dog out for lots of walk and exercise. I would 100% recommend Tori and Jake!

Schedule
As pet parents to Annie, we take pet care very seriously. Both Jake and I work full time, but we have fairly flexible schedules and never away from home more than four hours. I can work from home some days of the week. We currently exercise Annie 2-3 times a day, usually one long walk, a short walk, and a more intensive activity. We're happy to adjust our schedule to meet your dog's needs.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a single story home with an unfenced yard. We back onto a great trail system and live in a good neighbourhood for daily walks. Our dog Annie is very friendly and loves to play, but is good about disengaging with disinterested dogs. She is crate trained but our whole home, including furniture, is dog friendly. Prior to any booking, we welcome owners and dogs to meet us to ensure it's a good fit.
Pets
A typical day
Jake loves to exercise, so if your dog is interested, they could be going on runs and mountain biking adventures together. I am more of a homebody and love to work on training, puzzles and cuddles. On a warm day, Annie loves to sit in the yard in the sun and we love to join her!
