Young family who adores animals!
I've been around or taken care of dogs in different capacities since I was a child. The care has included walking, boarding and house sitting. Since starting a family we haven't felt it's the right time to have our own dog but we value the relationship skills our kids will learn by being around animals of all kinds. When your loved one is here, he or she will be spoiled, surrounded by people and loved.

Victoria and her family were simply amazing with our two dogs. We had a difficulty with our flights’ timing, with one of our dogs getting sick just before our trip, and with our two dogs getting a bit fussy with one another, and Victoria was always honest, proactive, and accommodating. I can’t thank them enough.
Victoria and her crew took such great care of our 18 month old puppy (despite some bad manners on her part). She kept us updated with lots of pictures and feedback. We will be back!
Reign settles in right away with Victoria’s family. She loves all the snuggles and attention. I appreciate the regular photo updates as well!

Emily stayed with Victoria for 6 days ( 5 nights). Throughout the week-long stay, there was very little pro-active communication. I received very few updates or photos regarding how my dog was doing unless I specifically reached out to ask for them. As a pet owner, receiving a quick "all is well" or daily photo is important for peace of mind and having to chase that information was disappointing. The most concerning part of the experience was the pick up. My dog was returned to me with an injury, and I was.provided with very little information as to how or when it occured. I understand that accidents can happen with active animals, the lack of transparency at the time of the incident - or even a clear explanation upon the return is deeply unsettling. I did report the injury to Rover's Trust and Safety Team.

Schedule
We are a work from home family that loves having dogs around the house. Our children like taking the dog out for walks and playing with them.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a small fenced yard and direct access to the Fish Creek pathways for walks. I'm comfortable with dog parks if it works for your dog, or we can stay on leash near home. My children are 12 and under and very affectionate with animals so this would be important for making sure your pet fits with us. Whatever set up your doggo needs to thrive, we will do our best to accommodate.
A typical day
Getting out for walks in Fish Creek is part of each day. Playing games in our green space field or yard is fun for the whole family. We love going down to the river or a dog park if that is the right activity for your pup.
