I currently work from 8 to 4, Monday - Friday with major holidays and summer off, due to working as an educator. I have been known to check in or walk pets before and after work for many of my clients during my work week.

MEET N GREETS are required for boarding. All dogs must be children and cat friendly, as well as get along with other dogs when coming into my home. They must be up to date with their shots, and on a flea and tick prevention, as we do the same for our pets. Your dog must be house and or crate train; we do have 2 large crates we can provide if needed. The only thing you need to provide me is updated shot records, their food, any medication they are currently and bedding. Unless they use a special puzzle bowl, I have plenty of regular pet bowls that I wash daily.
A typical day
When boarded in our home, your dog will be treated as family with our dog to play with, lots of cuddles and play time with the human family. as well as enjoying long walks. There is no doubts they'll enjoy their stay. In your home, I will treat them as you would want me to, take them for walks, play and love with them, feed, water and give treats if needed, if you're away on vacation I'll even clean up yard waste or any mess your furbaby may have created so that you have one less worry to come home to.

**About me** (Please note that I am sadly not available, for walks and drop-ins, during VB school district hours. Walks and drop-ins can be done case by case in the AM and after 4pm, hours are flexible during holidays and weekends) I'm a Retired Navy wife, a Teacher, and a mother of 2 college adults, with 1 dog and 2 cats. All our pets are rescue animals that we got as puppies and kittens, so the experience of training is there. I grew up all my life with pets from cats, dogs, fishes, and I even use to breed and raise gerbils. As a former military family I also know the need to find a reliable an inexpensive pet sitter and have watched many of my friends pets either in our homes or in theirs. Our dog loves when friends come over or making new friends. **About my home/services** We own our home and see our pets more like family members. There's plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to play and lounge around, your pet will certainly feel at home. All pets will be supervised and well loved. I'm willing to help train, walk, brush, care for your fur baby as I would my own. ***Boarding Hours: Drops off and Pick ups are between 7am to 8pm with some flexibility. In home check ins hours: between 6am to 10pm. Each visit is a 30 min. minimum per visit; sometimes a little longer if the pet and I are in an intense game of fetch or kitty snuggles with a good book and I must finish my chapter I'm reading. You may also find me on Instagram, and I just started a Facebook page at #Pupshomeawayfromhome. I love to brag about my amazing furry clients.
