Victoria is super responsive and helped navigate a challenge with my leasing office. Extra props for coming over the holidays.

Victoria H. cancelled a booking within a day of the start date.

I left my cat with this sitter as we were going out of town. I was already worried about leaving my cat as this was my first time going somewhere without miffy. My first red flag was her communication. She wasn’t responding well to my messages, i had to follow up a couple of times to get a response. I had her booked for a week. She came home the day of the service, on time(thankfully) and she was supposed feed miffy dinner and then stay overnight. She left at 9:30 PM at night, which again is not a problem, she could have communicated that to me. She told me she was home the whole night and left early in the morning. Little did she know, I had a camera set up at the entrance of my house and she left at night and just never returned. She came home the next day at 1 PM in the afternoon. She wouldn’t answer our calls, i called her plenty of times. She messaged me twice saying she was at church and she is just outside. Miffy, my cat, didn’t have breakfast and she was just all alone by herself for 15 hrs. That’s literally my worst nightmare. When I confronted her, she was just silent. She never apologized. It was the lying for me, if she had told me that there is an emergency, I would have been fine as long as she fed miffy on time. There was no reason to lie. I had Victoria booked for an upcoming trip as well, but with her lying and her communication patterns, I had to cancel my upcoming services with her. Victoria - I trusted you with my home and my pet and you took advantage of that. * I am not the kinda person who leaves bad reviews but i was made aware by my friends that i should report this behavior because this shouldn’t happen to anybody else.

Best sitter ever. Don’t know what I would do without her!

It was a pleasure to have Victoria watch our French bulldog in our home. She was extremely communicative both before and during the stay, sent us cute pictures of our pup, and left our home tidy. We would gladly ask her to house sit for us again.

We aren't from Atlanta but we needed a sitter for the babies for a concert. Searched until I found the right person. Stalked her a bit on her photos and reviews until I was satisfied she was a good fit. She was wonderful. Communication was great, she sent pics, and even stayed in our creepy (pretty sure haunted) airbnb. Took the best care of our babies while we were gone. If I ever come back I'll be looking for her again. ♡
