When caring for pets in a client’s home, my main priority is to keep their routine as consistent, comfortable, and stress-free as possible. I follow all instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walk times, litter box cleaning, medication needs, and any special care routines each pet requires. For cats, I make sure their environment stays clean and calm by scooping litter boxes regularly, refreshing food and water, and giving them attention based on their personality—whether that means interactive play, gentle companionship, or simply respecting their space. I also monitor their behavior and wellbeing to make sure they’re eating, using the litter box normally, and staying comfortable while their owners are away. For dogs, I focus on maintaining their routine through regular walks, bathroom breaks, playtime, and enrichment activities. I also make sure they are safe on walks, properly exercised based on their energy level, and given plenty of attention and affection. In every visit, I treat the home with respect, keep everything clean and organized, and provide updates with messages and photos so owners feel reassured. My goal is always to make pets feel secure in their own environment while giving owners peace of mind knowing their pets are being cared for with attention, patience, and love.
