Hello! I have been taking care of animals since a very young age. I grew up on a farm and taking care of animals has been instrumental in my life. I have several years of experience in house sitting and taking care of animals in all forms. Having a dog and a cat of my own, they are like my children. And routine is important and I would want to offer the same care to your fur babies. I work full-time at Kansas State University. I will have more time on the weekends for more play time throughout the day. During the week, I will be able to let your fur babies out on my breaks and we will have lots of play time once I get off work at 5pm. I do want to say that I do work from home a decent amount in the summers and periodically throughout the school year. I have a huge yard that the dogs will be able to play in. I also have a dog of my own that will keep your fur baby occupied. I am also able to crate your fur baby if needed. I can accommodate about anything. Just let me know your specifics and we can get things figure out that work best for you and your animal.

I think Teddy and I both agree Victoria is amazing! I had another sitter booked for my cat, but unfortunately that sitter fell through just a few days before my 8 day out of state trip. I reached out to Victoria, who immidiately responded and was able to take on my booking! She did great with my very shy scaredy cat, and even got him to warm up within just a couple check-ins. She communicated consistently throughout the booking and even adjusted her schedule to make sure she made it out to feed Teddy before a nasty storm came in one of the days! She also went out of her way to fix my rugs for me, which my silly boy likes to tear around under when the zoomies are hitting especially hard. I loved that she listened to my boy and didn't push boundaries when he didnt want approached or held, and she knew when to leave when he was needing space. I’ve never left Teddy alone and having Victoria taking care of him like he was one of her own fur babies, gave me the peace of mind I needed to not worry while I was away. Anytime I am needing to be away from Teddy, Victoria will absolutely be my go to!

Schedule
I do work full-time at KSU. But I still have time for your animals. Please just call or text me when dropping off or picking up. As I will need to plan in advance. Ideal times are before 8am, 12-1pm, and anytime after 5pm on weekdays. I do work from home a decent amount. However, I still have schedule meetings and work to do! I’m flexible with times on the weekends!

I have a fenced in yard with a dog of my own, Remi. I can accommodate your requests of leaving them out or putting them in a kennel. I’m very flexible. Just know if you want your pet left out, you will be responsible for any damages to my home. Unfortunately this does happen, as they are in a new environment. If I am house sitting, just know I don’t plan on staying the night— unless it was discussed before the booking. The cost I am charging only includes a couple drop-in’s/hangout sessions. If you need me to stay the night, the cost will go up as it is a substantial more time that I am needed for the services.
Pets
A typical day
I do have a dog of my own, so when we go out on walks we checkout all the different smells. We will look intently at all the squirrels and bunny rabbits along the way. I do have a special trail that I like to take the dogs to, just to change things up every once in awhile. I am open to new places as well. We also love to play fetch either before or after our walks.
