Your pet’s safety and comfort always come first. I take my time getting to know new pets so they never feel rushed or overwhelmed, and I stay fully present during walks and visits to make sure everything feels calm and predictable for them. I keep communication open throughout every booking—you’ll always know how your pet is doing, what we did during the visit, and anything I noticed while I was there. I treat your home with the same respect: locking up, following instructions carefully, and keeping everything tidy before I go. My goal is for you to feel completely at ease while you’re away, knowing your pet is being cared for with patience, attention, and genuine love.

We recently had Victoria take care of our dog, Ramona, for a few days, and we couldn’t be happier with her service. She was wonderful and always attentive and caring. We loved how she sent us pictures every day, which really put our minds at ease since we don’t like being away from Ramona. Ramona looked happy and comfortable in every update and had lots of fun. Schedule
Rover has become my full-time job, so I’m able to offer a very flexible schedule for drop-ins throughout the day. I’m based in Lake Mary and regularly care for pets in Altamonte Springs, Longwood, Sanford, and the surrounding areas. Whether your pet has a very structured routine or just needs check-ins while you’re out, I’m happy to work around the timing that fits them best. Morning, mid-day, and evening visits are all available, and I’m often open during weekends and holidays as well.

- Before a booking begins, it helps to know your pet’s feeding routine, any quirks or sensitivities, how they do with strangers, and where you keep things like food, leashes, or litter supplies. Entry instructions and preferred timing windows are also helpful so I can keep everything on schedule for them. The more I know about their normal day, the easier it is for me to keep things smooth and comfortable while you’re away.
