I started walking dogs when I was 15, two dogs every night and ended up knowing half the complex’s pets by name. Ten years of that teaches you a lot. Every dog is different and that’s genuinely my favorite part. Some are anxious and just need patience and consistency to come out of their shell. Some stop to sniff everything on the sidewalk and I let them take their time. It’s their walk. I’m easy to work with, I communicate well, and I take the dogs in my care seriously. I’m available weekdays and I prefer recurring schedules because dogs do better with routine, and so do their owners.
