When we picked our dog up, everything was soaking wet and smelled like pee; including our dog. She also has scrapes, scabs, and lost a few pounds. I would only received updates/pictures on how she was doing if I requested them.
Victor took good care of my babies. Really attentive to my messages.

Horrible. I would not recommend him to anyone. My dog come back with scratches on his nose and a chewed up tail. Tail is till bleeding today and I will need to take him to the vet. Victor is not willing to help me with the vet bill for the injuries that accursed at his facility. His facility is also un sanitary and needs to be reported to the human society. I will make to make that call today. You should remove him from service.

A Typical Day for Boarding: • Morning: Wake-up potty break, breakfast, and a calm rest period. • Mid-Morning: Tailored exercise (walks or playtime), training/enrichment activities, and supervised socialization (if appropriate). • Afternoon: Potty break, quiet rest time, and light grooming or handling. • Evening: Exercise/play, dinner, and a final potty break. • Night: Relaxation time with a chew or toy, then bedtime on clean, comfy bedding. Each day is customized to your dog’s needs for a safe, fun, and stress-free stay!
