I am very used to all types of dogs, from energetic puppies to more mellow senior pups, and small dogs like Pomeranians and Shih Tzus to bigger ones like Pitbulls and Great Danes. I'm very comfortable with outgoing dogs or ones that are on the timid side and need extra patience with strangers :)

A typical day
I have lots of experience with all types of dogs, from little pups like Chihuahuas and Dachshunds to larger breeds like Bernese Mountain dogs and Newfoundlands. I will look to make your dog as happy and comfortable as can be, whether they like going for walks/runs, playing with toys in the yard, or just relaxing on the couch.

If accepted into your pup's life, I promise to provide exceptional care; whether that be in the way of belly rubs, playing fetch, going for long walks, or all of that and more. I am a freelance sportswriter with very flexible hours, so am generally available anytime. I inherited my love of all dogs from my mom, as we grew up with many amazing dogs and cats during my childhood. My mother has run her own pet-sitting/dog-walking business for years and I was able to gain plenty of valuable experience assisting her towards the end of high school and through college. Now as an adult, I have carried on the tradition as a dedicated volunteer at Helping Hounds Dog Rescue in the Syracuse area from 2015-2021 and more recently, at Mohawk Hudson Humane Society in the Albany area from 2023-2024. My wife and I adopted our two pups from Helping Hounds in 2016 and 2017 and they are a huge part of our lives :)

Victor did a great job completely as expected.
Victor was amazing. He was sure to send an update and photo with each walk and took the time to play with our pup and show him some love while we were way. We would definitely hire him again.
Victor has been wonderful with our dog Kodi, a pit mix. We needed him to fill in at a moments notice and he has been wonderful!
