Beach lover seeks doggie pals
I’m Vicky, I’m 37, and I live in Marske. One of my favourite things about living here is all the dogs I get to meet on the beach! I work from home most of the time, and in my spare time I enjoy walking, reading, yoga, and sea swimming. I can offer dog walks, or looking after dogs at my home. I’ve looked after lots of dogs before, from a miniature dachshund to a German pointer! I also have experience of caring for a dog post surgery (IVDD). I am respectful of owners wishes e.g correct nutrition, keeping on lead, training etc. and can offer lots of love and cuddles!

Bonnie, Daisy and Ivy love spending time with Vicky! We had to be away from home for a day so Vicky took them for a walk and spent some time with them. We loved the photos - they look so happy! We came home to three contented tired dogs. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Vicky again. She’s very patient and calm and ensures she understands exactly what they need and how they work. She clearly loves dogs and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.
It is so reassuring knowing that Milo will be looked after and he clearly loves spending time with Vicky. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness and patience.
Monty seems very happy when I leave him with Vicky and I feel that he's safe and cared for.

Vicky was great with my Monty. He's an old boy now and needs gentle care which Vicky gave him. He was happy as Larry when I came to pick him up. Lovely to find someone who looked after him so well.
Vicky was absolutely brilliant with our German shepherd Lucy. She sent lots of messages and pictures through the day, couldn't ask for better dog care 😊 thankyou Vicky!

Schedule
I work mostly from home so would suit a dog who doesn’t need constant attention (if looking after them at home through the week). On lunchtimes, evenings, and weekends, I can offer dog walks and overnight home stays.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a completely secured fenced off large back yard and I live in a quiet street. Dogs are allowed wherever they feel comfortable in my home, including on the sofa! I have a baby gate between the kitchen and living room. I live a 5 minute walk from the beach and a large field - perfect for dog walks.
A typical day
Depends on the dog, but cuddles on the sofa, stimulating sniffing games, walks on the beach or in the park, belly rubs, training games and playing fetch.
