Availability
We are both fully retired so can devote as much time as necessary to looking after your beloved pet. We have some lovely local areas for walking with the closest only 190 metres away and if your dog likes to be in the car, we are less than 20 minutes to the coast for a walk on the beach.

We would love to meet you and your dogs ahead of any booking to get to know you both better and understand any special needs your dog may have. We can show you where your dogs will be staying and perhaps take you on one of the many lovely walks we have in Louth.
A typical day
Remember to bring your dogs favourite toys so we can play chase, fetch, catch or whatever games your dogs enjoy. The open spaces within easy walking distance of our home are extensive so your dogs can enjoy as much exercise as they want.

Pet care experience
We have years of experience caring for all types of dogs from Miniature Dachshund to Springer Spaniel and all sizes and breeds in between! We love walking and being outdoors, especially with doggy company! Unfortunately, we are unable to accept large and giant dogs but the dogs we care for are allowed to snuggle up with us on the sofa but are not allowed upstairs except at our discretion.

My dog had the best time with Vicky and David. She was well cared for and I got regular pupdates to keep my mind at bay. Poppy has separation anxiety which has got worse in her old age and so I used Rover to find someone who has the time and love to give Poppy whilst we were away and Vicky and David were amazing. We will definitely use them again in future if needed. Such a lovely couple, thank you x
Skye and Jackson enjoyed their stay and will definitely be coming to stay again. I do not think they missed us at all. It was lovely to be able to leave them with such a lovely couple.
Ted had a lovely stay...we never usually leave him with anyone as family can usually have him but we were away on a family holiday so were a little worried about where he could go. He is an old man now at 12 and is set in ways. They understood this and took it on board. We had a pre visit before leaving him and spoke in length about what he liked/disliked. We got updates on him throughout his stay and when we collected him he was very settled and looked very happy. This is a service we weren't aware of and was told by some relatives saying it was like an air bnb for pets. Brilliant idea. Going away to a different country knowing you have left your family pet with strangers is very daunting but we felt at ease from the first visit. Excellent service all round 👏
