Our dog Kato has stayed with Vicki before but this time was extra special - he was staying with her because my now husband and I were getting married. Vicki went above and beyond and brought our dog to our wedding venue to visit us following our ceremony so he could join in for some family pictures. We were so grateful that he was able to be a part of our special day and We’ll ...

Vicki and her family treated our Ollie like family! We were so happy with his stay - regular pics and updates helped me feel at ease with being away from our new pup for five days. We knew he was in good hands, and you can sense that Vicki is a true dog lover. She was also flexible with travel delays and patient with my questions. Ollie got lots of attention and time to play in ...

My dog and I are very rarely apart, especially overnights and I’m pretty sure it’s always tougher for me than him but Vicki was very friendly and reassuring. My dog was very excited to explore her fenced in back yard and try to make friends with her other animals. We’ll definitely be visiting again.

I love all creatures big or small!!

I have always had dogs in my life and can't imagine life without them. As well as walking and playing with my own dogs everyday I am a volunteer at True Friends shelter in Montrose PA where I have been walking dogs for 5 years. I don't believe in ever chaining a dog or caging outside for long periods of time. I believe all dogs deserve to live in the home as if they are ...

What Vicki would like to know about your dog

I do not have a breed preference as long as your dog isn't aggressive. Also need your dog to be tick and flea protected. You will need to provide your dogs food and bed (if they use one). I have plenty of leashes, bowls, crates (only if you use them) and toys but feel free to bring whatever you think will make your dog more comfortable.

When Vicki watches your pet

I live in the middle of 20 acres surrounded by forest and on a dirt road that doesn't get much traffic. Big fenced in back yard to play off leash. Your dog will get morning and evening walks with hikes in the woods as well. Lots of dog toys inside and outside and I will be right in the middle playing and running with them.
