I've had dogs, cats, and gerbils but would love to have had a farm with horses. When in high school, my family had several poodles and we had a cat I rescued from a barn when I was 12 years old. I dog sat and baby sat for neighbors as a teen. I am a self taught groomer and have been grooming my dogs and cats since my teens. As an adult, I have had a Weimaraner, 3 mixed breed dog rescues and five rescue cats. I raised two daughters and now appreciate spending time with 3 granddaughters. A Vet friend mentored me with my animals and I gained a lot of experience with dogs and cats. Suki left me in Sept. 2022 after 17 1/2 years.I lost Max June 6th. Pets are therapeutic and caring for them is not a job for me.

Our dog didn’t want to leave Vicki’s! She has a great big back yard and gives your pup so much love and attention.
Vicki is amazing! She takes such good care of my boy and send us updates with photos so we know he is doing great. Our boy loves spending time with her and is always excited to see her.
This is the third time Vicki has watched our dog. We are starting to think he likes Vicki more than us! She does such an amazing job. I cannot recommend Vicki enough.
Vicki has kept our Radley once before and took great care of him. However, for this second booking she decided to foster a dog a couple of weeks prior to Radley’s booking. Radley doesn’t do well around other dogs in which Vicki was fully aware. We tried a meet up with the two dogs. It didn’t go well which was not surprising to either of us. So she couldn’t find an adopter for the new foster dog and left us without a place for Radley and scrambling to find him a new sitter two days before I am to depart for my travel.
It’s not easy leaving your fur baby but Vicki surely made it easy. I cannot recommend Vicki enough! She gave our dog so much love and attention and sent daily updates. Our dog didn’t want to leave when we arrived for pick-up!
Vicki is amazing!!! I received pictures and video while I was away, Hudson loved his stay. He was pampered and spoiled We will be using Vicki again

Schedule
I am retired and help out with my grandchildren at times. I’m very physically active and enjoy walking my pet friends. I work in the yard quite a bit and when the weather is good, my pet friends keep me company outdoors.

I treat each pet as if they are my own. I brush them and play with them when they are with me. Grooming helps me bond with the pups.

A typical day
I am athletic and love to walk/jog with my buddies. Throwing ball, tugging, engaging is a strength of mine. A tired furry friend is a happy one. A fenced backyard is necessary for me, so frequent in and out exercise is paramount. I love to cuddle and love on my furry friends.
