Vicki and her family welcomed Leia into their home. I enjoyed her daily updates.
I didn’t receive the updates I was expecting during my pet’s stay. I had to ask for information about what my pet was doing, rather than receiving proactive updates. I provided the food as instructed, including one extra bowl, but it seemed that extra food was returned, which left me confused. I also did not receive confirmation about whether my pet ate or had bowel movements at the time of pickup. Overall, the communication felt limited, and I felt somewhat ignored due to the lack of responsiveness.
Very friendly and welcoming home!! Strongly recommend!!

Schedule
Our focus will be the Summer months as we will be work from home and on Holiday during this time. We will also have a teenage girl available full time to help with care. She is a real dog lover.
