Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this sitter. The property had a very strong smell of urine and feces, and the overall environment did not appear clean. During my puppy’s stay, I received a photo of him playing in a kiddie pool with very dirty water, which was concerning. My puppy was also returned wearing a different collar and leash than the ones I sent him with, and I was not given a satisfactory explanation. When I asked questions about my concerns, the communication felt dismissive and unprofessional. Since coming home, my almost 4-month-old puppy has been noticeably more reactive to people and everyday noises. While I can’t say exactly what caused the change, it was a significant difference from his behavior before boarding. I understand misunderstandings can happen, but based on the cleanliness of the environment and my overall experience, I would not feel comfortable booking with this sitter again.

My experience with Vicente was amazing! My Doberman, Beau, can be a handful since he’s a high energy working breed and needs a lot of structure, attention, and exercise every day. Upon drop off, I got updates within the first hour, pictures of their walk, potty breaks, and him relaxing in his crate. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was doing great. Vicente also replied super quickly whenever I asked for an update, which I really appreciated. I felt super confident leaving Beau with him since he clearly has experience with working breeds and knows how to handle their drive and needs. I’ll definitely be boarding Beau with Vicente again.

Highly recommend Vicente to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter for your furbaby. We’re so grateful to Vicente -and his wife (power team)- for taking such great care of our big, sweet boy. It was clear from the start that they genuinely care and enjoy dog sitting. The regular photo updates and knowing our fur baby was in kind and capable hands made all the difference on our 6-night trip.

Vincente and his wife were awesome! I had a last minute trip out of town and messaged him only a couple days ahead and he gladly answered yes. Vincente kept me updated everyday with photos and messages. I know having a stranger watch your dog can be terrifying but Vincente and his wife are both amazing peopleAnd have knowledge about dog behavior/training. They both were willing to accommodate for my dog and even got her to get along with their dog. Highly recommend and I will be bringing Kali back here whenever I am out of town.

Always communicative, and kept me updated on my pet during the entire weekend I had him over at their place for boarding. You can tell they are truly animal lovers, and it gave me a peace of mind to be able to leave my pet with them.

Vicente and family took great care of our dogs and sent updates and photos. I was nervous because I rarely have people watch my dogs, but they were good. Also, due to canceled trip, Vicente was accommodating with a change of schedule. Yes I would utilize Vicente's services again.
