I work remotely from my home office in Greenfield, so typically my schedule can flexible during the day. For housesitting, I will be available for all day care. For drop-ins and walks, I am available in the mornings and evenings, with potential availability for lunchtime check ins. Happy to work with your schedule as possible!

I began house sitting and pet sitting for people I know personally, and was later recommended to others from there. A few years ago, I signed up for Rover and made several repeat clients. I’m a young professional, and very respectful of property and privacy. I pride myself in being tidy — taking great care of people’s homes as much as I do their pets. I try to be as nonintrusive as possible. I will always follow and respect pet care instructions and directions no matter how detailed or specific. I’m not shy asking questions if something is not clear, but I am confident in taking charge of any situation. I love all animals, and I care for them as if they are my own. Nearly all of my clients through Rover have rebooked or requested to rebook with me. I also have reliable transportation in case of an emergency.

I would love to know their general energy level, what makes them excited/calms them down, and how they react to situations (how reactive are they with other dogs? People? Animals?). I have been around and cared for reactive dogs, and I don’t count them out! But I appreciate any support that could help me, and full transparency so I can avoid triggers and better recognize discomfort signs. I would love to know your favorite routes and spots around the house.
A typical day
I love to spend an evening on local trails practicing good lease etiquette and letting dogs sniff around new paths. For dogs who enjoy long walks, I love roaming around for an hour or two. I frequently go on walks on my own, so it’s a welcome companion! I typically prefer to avoid high energy places like dog parks, and generally avoid making doggy friends, unless I feel confident and assured by the owner they do well there or in those situations. If you have a nice outdoor space, I also love to sit outside and spend some time with them outside.

I’ve been a 5-star sitter on Rover for several years. I got started on Rover after naturally becoming the designated dog/cat-sitter for my coworkers and family friends for several years. I’ve cared for many different types and sizes of dogs and cats. I’ve had pets all my life, including “stubborn” breeds, and respect all animals. I have no problem caring for pets who are low maintenance, or high. I’ve cared for elderly pets that require daily medication, cats who get fed very specific diets, and dogs who are extremely high energy, anxious and need constant attention. I’m happy to accommodate needs, requests and wishes.

Vesna is AMAZING! She sends lots of updates during each day and even left notes for daily notes for me to read when I got back home. My home is cleaner than I left it and she even washed and dried the linens before I arrived. We will be using her again!
Vesna was absolutely outstanding. She cared for our pup over the Christmas holiday and made sure we didn't have a worry in the world while we were away. She took SUCH good care of our dog from snuggles to plenty of walks, Basil was tired when we got home! On top of being an amazing caregiver, she left our house perfectly clean and taken care of.
