I’m an experienced former animal hospital worker who provides compassionate, professional care for pets of all ages — from playful puppies and curious kittens to seniors needing extra attention. I’m trained in bathing and basic grooming, comfortable administering medications, monitoring recovery, and adapting care for mobility or age-related needs. Calm, patient, and detail-oriented, I prioritize clear communication with owners and individualized routines to keep pets safe, healthy, and happy. To provide each dog with the attention, comfort, and supervision they deserve, I accept only two dogs from the same family or maximum of 2 compatible guest dogs from different families at a time in addition to my own dogs. Id rather provide a home where guest dogs become part of the family and feel relaxed and comfortable than run a mini kennel!

Veska is wonderful! My dog Bennie stayed with Veska for a week and she took great care of him. Veska is gentle and kind, and Bennie loves her. She and her husband and son made Bennie part of the family, and even let him sleep in their bed, which is what he is used to at home. Veska followed directions I had left regarding feeding, walks, etc. She also went above and beyond by brushing him and even gave him a bath. He looked better when I picked him up than when I had dropped him off. I highly recommend Veska for safe loving dog care.
Veska sent daily updates and photos, which we appreciated very much! When we picked up our dog, it was clear that she was happy and had been well cared for. We will definitely be booking with Veska again!

Veska and Justin are wonderful. They treated Daisy like she was a member of their family. Veska sent several updates while I was gone. She went above and beyond, sending many pictures and a video of Daisy. I would definitely trust her with my sweet girl again.

I am a stay-at-home mom and at home most days, with a flexible schedule, which allows me to provide plenty of attention and love to your fur babies.

I have a large yard, which allows for plenty of room for play. I have two small/ medium pups who would keep your pet company and be their friend. Our neighbourhood is very quiet and safe, perfect for walks when the weather permits. I worked in an animal hospital while attending college, and have had cats and dogs myself throughout my life. I enjoy caring for pets and will provide your pets with gentle, loving care from the time they enter my home until they leave. Please note: puppies 12 weeks and younger may require an additional care fee ( upto $15 per day on top of the puppy rate) due to the higher level of supervision, potty training support, and individualized attention they typically need — especially newly adopted puppies adjusting to a new environment.

I will offer tug of war, beach walks at dog friendly near by beaches, neighbourhood walks, fetch toys, sticks, balls, or loving pets and cuddles if that's what they desire. Please note: puppies 12 weeks and younger may require an additional care fee ( upto $15 per day on top of the puppy rate) due to the higher level of supervision, potty training support, and individualized attention they typically need — especially newly adopted puppies adjusting to a new environment.
