This was Elite and I’s first time using Rover. We booked a last minute reservation, and our accommodations were met despite the late request. Elite is a very energetic frenchie and needs lots of attention and does not like being alone most times. Ms. Vervica was polite and straight to the point. She answered all of our questions especially since we were new to the platform. Elite was in Ms. Vervica and her daughter Jayda’s care and I could tell he was adored and cuddled nicely. I received short clips daily. She even offered I call on my birthday to speak with my baby. That was very sweet. I may be a helicopter momma because I also wish my videos were a tad bit longer than a few of seconds. Overall I’d give this experience 5/5 stars. Additional feedback for the Rover Team: As a new Rover user, I would recommend allowing animal owners the curtesy in allowing us to see the arranged area our babies will reside while we are away. Obviously not to make the petsitter uncomfortable but to place first timers like myself at ease. In my opinion that would also encourage repeat bookings.
Vervica came in last minute and saved the day after my normal sittter fell threw. While Haze is a good dog , he does have a bunch of energy and they were able to accommodate his needs for an entire weeks stay. We received videos and pictures daily without asking and constent updates on how he was doing daily. Our last sitting experience didn’t go well as my dog came home acting very weird and also had cut marks on him. This go round my dog was returned the same way he was dropped off and very much so his happy and friendly self. I highly recommend her and her family for anyone who needs a sitter and wants a piece of mind. We will be back for sure as long as Vervica is willing and available. Thanks again!
I couldn’t be happier with my experience! Vervica was absolutely wonderful—reliable, caring, attentive, and clearly treated my pet like their own. I felt completely comfortable knowing my fur baby was in such good hands while I was away. Communication was great, and I came home to a happy, well-cared-for pet. I truly appreciate the love and care they provided, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for someone trustworthy to care for their pets. I will definitely be booking with them again! 🐾❤️
She was great with our two dogs! She sent pictures and videos each day so we knew what they were up to and they definitely had a fun time! We will use her again
