Veronika was lovely & showered Frazi with cuddles. Unfortunately, a week before I went away, frazi had a grass seed in her back foot. The vet operated but couldn't trace it, Frazi pulled the dressing off & when I went back to the vet, the wound had gone septic. They operated agai & she was given a cone to stop her chewing the wound. Veronica lives in an apartment & I think Frazi was not used to the outside noises plus had only met Veronika the day before & was feeling insecure & stressed due to her wound & suffering from separation anxiety. She was barking & howling during the night & when they went out. This resulted in Veronika receiving an official warning from her Landlord, after a neighbour complained. I didn't want Veronika to have any more fallout over Frazi, so my daughter came down & picked her up. Veronica did everything she could to try & placate Frazi, even contacting the vet about her wound. I think it was unfortunste circumstances that caused Frazi's behaviour & nothing that Veronika did wrong. She showed Frazi nothing but kindness & sympathy. I would wholly recommend Veronika as a dog sitter.

Veronika was fantastic with our dog Minu! We were away on holiday and needed someone to look after our elderly dog, and Veronika did an amazing job. She really took the time to understand Minu’s needs and followed all our instructions perfectly. Minu seemed super happy and relaxed when we got back, it was clear she’d been well looked after. Would definitely ask Veronika to help again in the future!
