I've always been fascinated by dogs and found myself deeply drawn to understanding dog behavior. I've been around dogs all my life. I grew up with a rowdy, full of affection German Shepherd who deserved every bit of love he received. I volunteered at local dog shelters, walking dogs who had hard lives, giving them the care they needed. Then I volunteered at the local dog school, eventually becoming an assistant trainer. I gained valuable knowledge and hands-on experience while working there. Helping dogs and their guardians live their best lives is something I’m very passionate about. I'm currently on my way to becoming a professional dog trainer. I've completed the IMDT's 2-Day Career as a Dog Trainer Course and the 4-Day Practical Instructor Course, along with attending numerous dog training and behavior conferences and webinars to deepen my knowledge. My approach to dogs is all about building a conversation. Understanding a dog's body language and behavior is key to making that conversation go both ways. Building trust and mutual understanding lays the foundation for a long, happy journey for you and your dog. Your dog will get all the care, attention, and love they deserve—whether it's on walks, during drop-in visits, dog sitting, or training sessions with me.
