Animal Lover in Alamo Heights
Growing up in Berlin with my bunny Fuzzel and my dog Boogie, gave me an early start as a dedicated animal lover. While living in New York, I became a very lucky mom to three gorgeous cats, whom I took care of from their kitten to their senior years. Since then, I've enjoyed taking care of all kinds of fur babies while their parents are away.

I live in a doorman building between Dumbo and Downtown Brooklyn, with plenty of nice outdoor areas in the immediate vicinity to entertain your pet.

Veronika was amazing with my dog Jaxon. He has pretty bad anxiety when it comes to fireworks and storms, and she was incredibly patient, attentive, communicative, and caring throughout his stay. She went above and beyond to soothe him and make sure he was comfortable and doing okay. I really appreciated all the updates and the extra care she gave him during a stressful time. I would highly recommend Veronika, and I knew Jaxon was in great hands with her!
Veronika was amazing! Our pup Zadie can be a little shy and she instantly seemed to warm up to Veronika and had a great time. We really loved all the photo updates and would be happy to have Zadie stay again!
Veronika is wonderful with Frankie! This is our second time booking her and we will continue! She takes such great care of pets and is a great communicator too!
Veronika is a truly exceptional pet sitter and I’m thrilled to have found her on Rover! She has an innate intuition for animal behavior, radiates loving energy, and has a lovely home for hosting. She is a great communicator with frequent updates and takes stunning photos as well! I felt like my dog got pampered during her stay with Veronika, she was immediately comfortable in her care which isn’t always the case! Veronika is genuine, responsible, and trustworthy. She gets my full endorsement as a dog mom with high standards 👏
Cannot recommend Veronika enough! My dog is shy and doesn't warm up to new people very easily, and she instantly fell in love with Veronika! I am also a helicopter dog mom, and Veronika kept me so well updated, shared a million pictures, and truly treats the dogs she's watching as if they are her own. So thankful to have found her!!
Veronika was so amazing!! She kept me updated every day and sent lots of pictures! I could tell Frankie had the best time with her! You can tell she really cares! I would absolutely book her again and would recommend her to anyone!
