There’s just nothing as special as having a pet in your life. They are always so happy and so willing to comfort you when you need it. And they all have such wonderfully different and unique personalities! I love being there for animals because they’ve been there for me so often. I truly believe that it’s my duty to bring as much happiness into the world as possible! One of the first things to know about me as a sitter is that I’m available full time. That means that I’m happy to work around unorthodox or busy schedules! Since not everyone works regular hours, I’m all too happy to accommodate those of us that may need help at irregular hours. I’ll be able to do everything within my abilities to help you and your fur baby out! My experience with animals is plentiful! I have been a lifelong dog owner, and I am currently the proud parent of a Hound Mix we rescued last year and a cat and ferret. I’ve taken care of animals big and small, so I’m all too happy to look after pups of all stripes. I have also worked at a kennel facility in the past, and gained lots of great experience there as well. I worked primarily with dogs to make sure that they were fed, taken out, and played with regularly, which is perfect for me as a dog sitter! When taking on a new client, I typically like to schedule a meet-and-greet. It’s a great way to make sure that we’re all a good fit for one another, which is so important to me. Likewise, it gives us the opportunity to chat face-to-face about your animal and your care expectations. No one knows your fur baby better than you do, so it’s always great to chat with owners in person about what makes their animal tick! Finally, I just love meeting new animals! I like to get down on their level to show them that I’m a welcome presence here to make friends, and I’m sure we’ll be best buddies in no time at all.
