Veronica was excellent but I want nothing to do with Rover in the future.

Veronica was on time and very reliable every day that she watched my kids. She was prompt and took photo’s everyday with the check-ins. I’ll definitely call on her first next time I’m out of town and would recommend her to any pet owner. Thanks Veronica!

Veronica has a wonderful home where our dog Pisco has felt at home. She has helped us taken care of Pisco twice in the last month and I must say Veronica and Lu (son) pampered my dog. Best qualities for Veronica's home is that only our dog was care by her and no other dogs were allowed, giving my dog 100% love, care and attention. Also she has a very nice fenced backyard where our Pisco was free to go and explore and play catch with them. Firs t time I received services from Veronica was one day before I had to travel, she responded in less than 5 minutes, she was extremely flexible and did above and beyond the call of duty to make it work. Second time was during New Years, we left PIsco for 4 days and we forgot some of the treats for the dog, she went to the store and got it for our dog. She provides pictures and movies of the activities she was doing with Pisco and there was plenty of communication from our part and she responded right away. First time using Rover and Veronica to board my 10 week old King Shepard puppy. Veronica was very accommodating for my needs and instructions to take care of Diesel my over energized pup along with bad puppy behavior. Verona's home is equipped with an oversized backyard with a grassy area with block walls for dogs to run around and have fun. My pup spent Christmas with Veronicas family and with all the pictures she sent he was enjoying good living. Any questions or concerns that popped up Veronica texted me for answers to make sure the little guy was getting the best care. I would refer Veronica to my friends or anyone that would require her services. Veronica is easy to do business with, she's punctual, follows instructions for your pets care and needs and quickly builds a relationship of trust taking care of a family member/pet.

Veronica always takes great care of our 17-year-old small dog. He is usually clingy but barely said bye to me when I dropped him off. Veronica sends me pictures and updates every day,sometimes more than once.
