Low Volume, High Care Sitting

Hi! I’m a local dog sitter based in Visalia offering a calm, low volume environment where your dog gets true one on one attention. I intentionally keep my bookings limited so every dog in my care feels safe, relaxed, and part of the family and not one of many. Whether your pup needs a quiet place to unwind, extra patience, or just lots of love and consistency, I tailor each stay to their personality and routine. You’ll receive regular updates, photos, and peace of mind knowing your dog is in a safe, attentive home. Most of my clients become repeat bookings because their dogs genuinely enjoy their time here and that’s always my goal. I’d love to set up a meet & greet to make sure your dog is the perfect fit and i assure you will feel less nervous about leaving your baby with me.

We are so grateful Veronica could watch our girl while we explored the Sequoias. Her home felt clean, safe, and welcoming. Would definitely book again if we are ever in her area!

As always Veronica is the best!! We recently rescued a second pup and she didn’t hesitate to take him for the weekend as we’re still learning his little quirks and learning his little personality. She sent us videos and pictures of him having a blast with the other pups. She takes such care of our two boys, we are so grateful for her and her family!

Darla had such a good time with her new friends. I’m so glad we were able to find Veronica for this last minute stay. Any time I wanted to know about Darla she would respond quickly with pictures and videos. I highly recommend if you are looking for someone to take care of your furry kids (:

Veronica was great! This was our first time using Rover and leaving our Golden with someone she didn’t know. I loved the communication and honesty from Veronica. Our pup was timid and she did a great job helping her be comfortable and accommodating her shyness.

Schedule

As a stay home mom pet care is part of my daily routine, not something I squeeze in. I plan my schedule around the dogs in my care, morning walks, regular potty breaks, feeding, and plenty of attention throughout the day.

Where your pet will stay

Home characteristics

Lives in a house
Has a fenced yard
Non-smoking household
Has 3 dogs
Children 6-12 years old
Dogs allowed on bed
Dogs allowed on furniture
Potty breaks every 2-4 hours

Safety, trust & environment

I only take a limited number of dogs at a time, so I can closely follow their usual schedule, feeding times, walks, play, and rest. I pay attention to their personality and energy level, whether they need active playtime or a quieter, more relaxed setting. They’re never treated like part of a large group, and they’re not left alone for long periods. I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and at home, with plenty of supervision, affection, and structure.

Pets

A typical day

I plan activities around each dog’s personality, energy level, and what they genuinely enjoy. Since I only take a small number of dogs, I have the time to make their days fun, engaging, and stress free. For more active dogs, I include daily walks, play sessions, and interactive games like fetch or light training exercises to keep them mentally and physically stimulated. If your dog enjoys exploring, we’ll take relaxed walks where they can sniff, discover, and burn energy in a healthy way. For dogs who prefer a calmer pace like seniors or more sensitive pups, I focus on gentle activities such as short walks, enrichment toys, and lots of attention and affection. I make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and never overwhelmed. I also like to include: Basic reinforcement of commands (if you’re working on training) Cozy downtime, so they can relax and feel at home Personalized playtime based on what your dog loves most Because I keep my care low volume, your dog won’t have to compete for attention or deal with chaotic group settings.
