Hey there! My name is Veronica M., I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist in Richmond. I have a Certification in Dog Handling as well as Canine and Feline Massage Therapy & Reiki. Having a dog with separation anxiety has given me firsthand understanding of dog behavior and special needs pups. I’ve had an affinity for animals since my childhood, growing up with and taking care of our 2 black labs and a rescue jack russell. I continued my interest in animals through volunteer work with the SPCA & working as a kennel technician at a local doggy day care and boarding facility. There I fed, watered, and played with all different breeds of dogs as well as administered medicine as needed. Throughout, I continued dog and house sitting for family, friends, and referred clients. Later, after receiving a License in Massage Therapy, I decided to continue on the path of animal care and earned a certificate in Animal Massage, primarily canine and feline. Here I also earned a certificate in dog handling. I learned about dog behaviors and pathologies in depth. Now, I care for my 2 black lab mixes and my black cat, my babies!! <3.
