I also like to know about their personality, energy level, and any fears or behaviors I should be aware of, such as anxiety around strangers, leash reactivity, or sensitivity to loud noises. For dogs, it's helpful to know how they interact with other people and animals. For cats, I appreciate knowing their favorite hiding spots, play preferences, and any habits that help them feel comfortable. The more I know about your pet beforehand, the better I can provide personalized care and make their time with me as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.
A typical day
I tailor activities to each pet's personality, age, and energy level. For dogs, that might include walks, games of fetch, tug-of-war, puzzle toys, or simply spending time outside exploring and getting exercise. For cats, I enjoy interactive play with feather wands, laser toys (used responsibly), toy mice, and giving them plenty of attention and affection if they enjoy cuddles.
