I work full-time, but my apartment is just 15 minutes from my office, so I’m able to swing by midday to let dogs out, feed them, and spend some quality time together. Pet care is a genuine part of my daily rhythm — not squeezed in around the edges. On evenings and weekends, I’m home and available for longer walks, playtime, and settling in together.

Safety, trust & environment
My approach to pet care depends on the specific service, but the goal is always the same: keeping your pet safe, comfortable, and on a routine that feels familiar to them. For drop-in visits, I follow your instructions closely for feeding, water, and any medications, then spend quality one-on-one time playing or cuddling before I head out. I always do a final walk-through to make sure everything is secure. For walks and runs, I match their pace and route to what suits them best, whether that means an energetic morning run or a relaxed neighborhood stroll, always keeping them leashed and close. If your pet stays overnight in my home, I treat them like part of the household — consistent feeding times, plenty of attention, and a comfortable space of their own, with anything hazardous kept out of reach. No matter the service, I send photo or video updates throughout, and I’m always just a message away if you have questions.

Information Veronica I. would like to know about your pet
Before our first meeting, it’s helpful to know your pet’s daily routine — feeding schedule, portion sizes, and any allergies or medications. I also like to know their personality (shy, energetic, good with other dogs/people), any commands they respond to, leash manners, and anything that might spook them. If there are specific rules in your home (furniture, crate training, etc.) or emergency contacts/vet info, please share those too — the more I know, the more comfortable and safe your pet will feel with me.
A typical day
I love making time with pets feel like an adventure, not just a routine. Depending on their energy and personality, we might head to the park to run around, explore a scenic trail, or grab a bite at a dog-friendly restaurant patio. And for pets who prefer a more relaxed pace, I’m just as happy chilling at home with some cuddle time, puzzle toys, or a good game of fetch. My goal is to match the activity to what actually makes your pet happy.

Pet care experience
I have always been a pet owner growing up. More recently, I have been a dog owner for 20+ years. However, my mom wanted company, so he's staying with my mom now. I miss seeing a dog so excited and having company at home. I feel like my place is empty. I usually take care of my friend's pets when they're out of town. So I thought why not pet sit for other people?! Spread the love!! I love dogs and cats alike! Each pet has their own personality, and it's fun to get to know them! For me, pets are always and will always be family. I'll be the favorite aunt for your pet. Book me and you know your dog will be with family!

Veronica was awesome and took great care of our dog!! Will definitely use her again

Veronica was the best dog sitter we ever had. She is relatable, prompt, caring, detail oriented, and treats our pets as her own. I would rebook her over and over again as our dogs love her.
Veronica has a way with animals, they love her and she loves them. She really cares and knows what she’s doing. You can count on her to attend to your pets needs, ensuring they are well taken care off!
Veronica has been babysitting our dog for years. She doesn't just "watch" our dog, she interacts with him, takes him for multiple walks, takes to his favorite places (Petco and the park), and treats him like he's her own dog. My dog always gets excited when he sees her. She is sweet, gentle, patient, and affectionate with my furbaby. I would highly recommend Veronica as your go-to pet sitter.
