I currently work from home full-time and don't go out much, except for an hour a few days a week to the gym and necessities. We are 5 people in the household so there is always someone home, in case your pet does not do well being left alone.

We do not have a fenced yard (deck only) but we live down the street from a park and already do multiple walks for our dog Meka. We have a 3 story house which will give your pet plenty of space to move about and plenty of people in the house to give your pet attention

I think it's important to know the dog's comfort level with other people and pets, if they have any special needs that we should attend to, or if there is anything in particular that scares them or makes them nervous so we can be sure to avoid it.
A typical day
Our family loves pets, we enjoy playing with them and giving them lots of love throughout the day. As I work from, it gives me the flexibility to be at the house with the pets all day so they are never alone... Besides that, we enjoy long walks and multiple trips during the week to the dog park :)

Pet care experience
We are a family of 5, who has a lot of love for pets. We recently lost our 8-year-old dog Romeo which left us with a big void and so we feel that bringing on other pets to care for will give us a lot of satisfaction and allow us to share our love with other furbabies.
