Veronica is amazing sitter! She got along with our nervous cat (who would normally hide from everyone) and kept him well feed and entertained while we have been away. She is so much caring and gentle, so even our very difficult to manage cat was such a nice boy with her! Thank you! Definitely would recommend!

We wanted to thank Veronica for such a great care of our cat when we were on vacation! Our cat is not the easiest as he is very nervous and shy, so he would normally hide from everyone, but Veronica was very gentle with Pluto, gave him time and played different games, so they got along with our cat very well ☺️

Schedule
Pet care is a big part of my daily and weekly routine—it’s something I genuinely love doing. Each day usually starts with feeding the pets and taking dogs out for a 40-minute walk. If the weather’s nice, we’ll head to the park for some fun and playtime. I also spend time brushing their fur, giving treats, and making sure they get lots of attention and love. If a pet needs their nails clipped, I take care of that too. Every pet has their own little routine, and I do my best to keep them happy, comfortable, and cared for like they’re my own.

In My Home: When pets stay with me, they become part of the family! I provide a safe, clean, and cozy environment where they can relax and feel at home. I follow their regular routine as closely as possible—feeding times, walks, playtime, and any special needs they may have. Pets get plenty of attention, affection, and enrichment, and I make sure they have both indoor comfort and outdoor time. If they’re used to sleeping in a crate or have a favorite bed or toy, I’m happy to accommodate that too. In a Pet Owner’s Home: When caring for pets in their own home, I make sure they feel comfortable and secure by keeping everything familiar. I follow the owner’s instructions closely—feeding, walking, medication, playtime, and even little details like favorite toys or where they like to nap. I also keep the home tidy and give regular updates with photos or videos so the owner knows their pet is happy and well cared for. It’s all about keeping the pet’s routine as normal as possible while their owner is away.
A typical day
When I’m taking care of pets, I love making sure they have fun, stay active, and feel loved! Some of the activities I do with them include: Walks & Park Adventures: Long walks to explore the neighborhood, and if the weather’s nice, a trip to the park for some off-leash play (if allowed). Playtime: Fetch, tug-of-war, or using puzzle toys to keep their minds sharp and energy in check. Training Games: Short, fun training sessions using treats or toys—like practicing “sit,” “stay,” or even a new trick! Cuddles & Chill Time: Not every pet wants to run around, so I also spend time just relaxing with them, giving belly rubs or brushing their fur. Enrichment Activities: Snuffle mats, treat-dispensing toys, or hide-and-seek games to keep them mentally stimulated and entertained. Every pet is different, so I adjust the activities to fit their personality, energy level, and what they enjoy most.
