I love talking to animals and letting them know what my intentions are to build trust. Wet or solid messes will be picked up, if baths or wash ups are needed count on me to make sure your fur baby is cared for when you aren’t home. I am a mom of two wonderful cats. I am experienced working with small and huge dogs patience is key your pet will be safe in my care:)

Vernita did such a great job looking after our German Shepherd and Staffie! I cannot recommend her enough. She communicates really well- she sent loads of pictures and videos every day. We've had several sitters through Rover, but Vernita is just heads above anyone else. I travel often for work and feel so much better about leaving knowing she is there. I've already booked her again!

Vernita was great. The only reason I gave her 5 stars is because there are not 6. She took great care of our temperamental, but sweet HUGE dog. (150 lbs Cane Corso) Our dog loves Vernita. Our home loves Vernita. We love Vernita. Use her once, you will never want anyone else again. She is the best.

A typical day
Happy hugs and pats for a great job because I have to keep their mind off of missing mom/dad we will go outside for potty break I’ll walk the premises to make sure your pup goes potty 1 and 2. Disposal of mess properly and sanitary. Now it’s food or snack time so we’ll go look for what snacks we can find. Trained dogs we will play sniff and find a game I used to play with my active pups ( thanks Sprite and Brixton for teaching me). After that we’re going to find toys and talk about secrets hiding spots for them.
