I was away from home for a week and asked Vera to look after my old lady cat. Vera had been amazing and fully justified my trust! She is a proactive, caring, and kind person with a good and clear communication style. She even brought a new cat toy to find new ways to engage my cat. Thank you very much Vera! <3
