Before each visit, I'd like to know your pet's daily routine, feeding schedule, personality, favorite toys, medications, allergies, and any special instructions. Please let me know if your pet is shy, anxious, or has any behaviors I should be aware of so I can provide the best possible care and make them feel safe and comfortable.
A typical day
During each visit, I'll make sure your pet has fresh food and water, a clean litter box or potty break, and plenty of love and attention. I'll spend time playing, giving cuddles if they enjoy them, and making sure they feel comfortable and safe. I'll also send updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pet is happy and well cared for while you're away.

Pet care experience
I’ve cared for all kinds of pets over the years, starting with my own black pug who taught me so much about patience and routine. Since then, I’ve helped neighbors with their two Australian Shepherds—lots of walking, feeding, and check-ins while their parents were away. I also recently cared for a diabetic cat for a week, spoon-feeding her, giving medication, and keeping up with her litter box. I treat every pet like my own and really pay attention to their unique needs, whether they’re playful, nervous, or need a little extra medical support.

I highly recommend Vera as a pet sitter. Ahe has been pet sitting for me for over 5 years. She took excellent care of my cats while I was away and was always dependable, responsible, and attentive to their needs. She made sure they were fed, had fresh water, kept the litter boxes clean, and spent time playing with them and giving them affection. What I appreciated most was her communication. She kept me updated with messages and photos, which gave me peace of mind knowing my pets were in good hands. She clearly loves animals and treated my cats as if they were her own. If you have pets which need to take medication Vera has a lot of experience. She has had to give insulin shots, chemo pills which had to be chewed not crushed into food and medicine which needed to be squirted into the mouth. I would absolutely trust Vera to care for my pets again and would confidently recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy pet sitter.
