While I don’t have a fenced yard, I live in a quiet, pet friendly community with beautiful sidewalks and walking paths that are perfect for safe, leashed walks. I provide frequent potty breaks, exercise, playtime, and lots of love and attention. I’ll carefully follow your dog’s feeding schedule, medication instructions, and any special care they need. My goal is to create a calm, clean, loving environment where every dog feels like part of the family. I also send regular photo and video updates, so you’ll always know your furry friend is happy and well cared for.

I love spending quality time with every pet I care for. We’ll go on walks, play games, enjoy lots of affection, and have fun exploring safely. I’ll make sure your pet gets exercise, mental stimulation, fresh water, treats (if allowed), and plenty of love throughout the day.

I know every dog has their own personality, routine, and needs, and my goal is to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. When your dog stays with me, they’ll become part of the family not just another pet. I provide a calm, clean, loving home where they can relax, play, and receive plenty of one on one attention. Although I don’t have a fenced yard, I live in a beautiful, quiet, dog friendly community with plenty of sidewalks, walking paths, and green spaces. I love taking dogs on regular walks so they can get fresh air, exercise, and enjoy exploring the neighborhood safely on a leash. I can’t recommend Vera Cruz enough! She boarded my dog, Cody, for a week while I had to leave the state unexpectedly because of a family emergency. From the moment I dropped him off, she went above and beyond to make sure he was well cared for. She sent me so many pictures and videos throughout the week and kept me updated every day, which gave me so much peace of mind during such a stressful time. It was clear from every update that Cody was happy, comfortable, and being treated like part of the family. To make things even more special, she celebrated Cody’s birthday for me while I was away. That thoughtful gesture meant more to me than I can express and showed just how much she genuinely cares about the pets she watches. Vera is kind, reliable, compassionate, and truly loves animals. I would trust her with Cody again without hesitation and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who will care for their pet as if it were their own.
Vera babysat my loving dog Zoey, because my husband was away on a business trip and every time I’ve picked Zoey up she was well cared for and Zoey was always happy and was able to do fun activities.
Vera cared for my Roxii while I was away for two weeks. My dog is anxious and wouldn’t do very well in a kennel setting. Vera was very sweet and professional. She kept me very up to date on my dog and her activities. She sent me videos and pictures, which helped with my anxiety of leaving my dog behind. She followed all of her care instructions and gave her the kind of attention I would give her myself. My Roxii appeared to be happy and well taken care of upon my return. Would definitely have her care for her again!!
I highly recommend Vera! I have two very energetic Miniature Pinschers, and Vera took such great care of them. Vera kept me updated with photos from their walks and throughout the stay, which gave me so much peace of mind. Vera was always quick to respond to my messages and clearly paid close attention to my dogs’ needs. It’s obvious Vera genuinely cares about the pets she watches. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Vera again!
