Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine because I work remotely, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to dedicate quality time to the pets I care for. Since I also drive, I’m able to reliably travel to visits, walks, and drop-ins. I enjoy staying active and spending time with animals, so caring for pets is something I genuinely look forward to each week.

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet’s safety, comfort, and routine are my top priorities. I believe pets feel happiest in their own home, so I take the time to learn their schedule, feeding routine, exercise needs, and any special instructions before each visit. I always ensure doors, gates, and harnesses are secure, keep a close eye on your pet during walks and playtime, and treat your home with the same care and respect I would my own. I’ll also provide updates and photos so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away.

A typical day
Every pet’s day is tailored to their personality and energy level! For dogs, that might include a fun neighborhood walk, plenty of sniff breaks, playtime with their favorite toys, games of fetch, or, with your permission, a visit to a local dog park if they’re social and enjoy being around other dogs. For more relaxed pups or senior dogs, I’m happy to take a slower-paced stroll and spend quality time giving them lots of attention and affection. For cats, I love interactive play with wand toys or laser pointers, enrichment activities, brushing (if they enjoy it), treats, and, of course, plenty of cuddles for those who like affection. Whether your pet is energetic or prefers a calm routine, my goal is to make sure they feel happy, safe, loved, and cared for while you’re away.

I have experience caring for pets through both professional work and personal ownership. I currently provide dog walking and pet care through Wag!, where I’ve worked with dogs of different ages, sizes, and energy levels, including senior dogs and more active breeds. I’ve also had the opportunity to build trust with repeat clients by providing dependable, compassionate care. As a proud cat mom to two cats, I understand the importance of patience, routine, and recognizing each pet’s unique personality. In addition, I’ve volunteered with a cat rescue, where I cared for cats with a wide range of temperaments, cleaned enclosures, socialized cats, and administered oral and topical medications when needed. I also spent a year working at a family-owned pet store that specialized in dogs, cats, and exotic animals, giving me hands-on experience with daily animal care and pet wellness. My goal is to provide every pet with a safe, loving, and stress-free experience while giving pet parents peace of mind.
