I strive to provide a welcoming, enriching home away from home for your dog. To ensure the best care possible, I only accept up to 2 dogs at a time. You can expect regular updates throughout your pup’s stay. Safety is a top priority. I check my yard regularly for potential hazards and do paw checks for foxtails after every walk. I have a large fenced yard with plenty of space for zoomies. Dogs can explore the garden, sunbathe on the grass, or lounge under the shaded pergola. Pets are welcome on the couch, and I also have extra dog beds and an indoor dog house for pups who prefer a little more personal space. My experience: I have a 5yo maltipoo named Chewy and 13yo shihtzu named Joey. They are very respectful of other dogs’ personal space. I trained Chewy using positive reinforcement and taught him many tricks and commands. I have been caring for dogs of all sizes and ages since I was 15. My senior dog experience includes fostering one who was adopted into her forever home and providing long-term care for two others. I’m very comfortable administering medication, preparing g special diets, and grooming.

Had an all around great experience! This was my first Rover experience and I was so relieved to not have to worry about where my kitten was or wonder if she was receiving the care she needed. Vanson was quick to respond to my inquiry about boarding, made it easy for me to come by and meet him and see his place where kitten would stay, sent plenty of updates with pics and video, and followed up with me as needed about specifics of kitten’s care and habits, which made me feel assured she was both having fun and getting great care. Vanson’s catio set up was awesome and made it super simple - all I needed to pack was her bed, food, and her. Definitely recommend and definitely will book again.
Vanson is very conscientious and considerate about caring for our little dog. We've engaged his services several times and had no issues. He sends us updates and pictures.
Vanson has been great for our two dogs! Both can be quite shy and fearful of new people but they warmed up to Vanson very quickly. We have used both his day care and boarding services and he has been very reliable, responsive and communicative. The dogs always seem to have been very well cared for and at ease when I pick them up. We will definitely continue to use Vanson’s services and would highly recommend him to others as well!
I couldn't be more grateful for Vanson and his family! This was my first time ever leaving my 17-year-old Chihuahua, Kobe, with anyone, so naturally I was nervous. From our meet-and-greet, I immediately felt at ease and knew Kobe would be in great hands. That peace of mind meant everything. Vanson sent me daily updates, making it easy to stay connected and reassured throughout Kobe's stay. The entire process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Thank you again for taking such wonderful care of Kobe. We truly appreciate everything you did. Kobe and I will definitely be keeping in touch!
Vanson kept us updated and was communicative during Arthur’s stay. He was well taken care of and seemed just as happy when we picked him up.
Our frenchie spent an exciting day with Vanson’s dogs. He loves to run around and that’s exactly what he did. Vanson sent photos and a video of Bentley having fun. This was Bentley’s first stay with Vanson and it was a success.

Schedule
Rover is a side hobby, and I ask for a little advance notice so I can prepare for my doggie guest. I follow the schedule provided by the paw-parents. If none is given then it’s usually a morning potty break, breakfast, walk, mid day potty break, dinner, and potty before bedtime. Playtime is sprinkled throughout the day or I may incorporate it with their meal time like food in a puzzle toy.

A typical day
It depends on their energy level. The doggo can play fetch in the yard, walk around the neighborhood, hangout in the garden, or chill inside the house. I’ve cared for pets who wanted to nap all day to pets who needed frequent play time.
